JOB PURPOSE

To attend to any driving related duties as per Job description.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Keep vehicles clean and neat at all times.
2. Immediately report all maintenance issues and breakages to the Transport Officer.
3. Adhere to the traffic laws of Uganda at all times.
4. Keep necessary documents up to date and report expiration ahead of time for renewal.
5. Keep vehicle records and monitoring mileage due for service.
6. Ensure no overloading of vehicles at all times.
7. Proper inspection and hand over of the vehicles at the end of shift.
8. Maintain proper dress code as stipulated in the Company dress code.
9. Assist the Transport Officer in any tasks given directly or indirectly.
10. Attend a daily coordinating meeting with the Transport Officer.
